one of our clients "Logistics Company" is looking for : Position: Collection Officer (Collector) Key Responsibilities: ·        Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts. ·        Contact customers to arrange and collect payments. ·        Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions. ·        Prepare daily and monthly collection reports. ·        Coordinate with the accounting department to reconcile outstanding balances. ·        Build and maintain professional relationships with customers. Requirements: ·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. ·        4-2  years of experience in collections or a similar role. ·        Strong communication and negotiation skills. ·        Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. ·        Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. ·        Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets. ·        Having a valid driving license and a car is a plus.
