Executive-level CMO role for a leading FMCG company seeking to define the marketing agenda, accelerate portfolio growth, strengthen brand equity, and drive sustainable, consumer-led business growth.

• Define and lead the enterprise marketing strategy, portfolio architecture, brand priorities, and long-term growth agenda
• Own brand equity, market share, portfolio profitability, marketing P&L, and marketing ROI
• Lead annual marketing plans, investment allocation, agency strategy, and integrated campaigns
• Translate consumer, shopper, category, and market insights into innovation, renovation, and growth initiatives
• Shape pricing, portfolio mix, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with Commercial and Finance
• Lead digital, data, e-commerce, and omnichannel marketing capabilities
• Partner with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain on launches, innovation, pricing, and commercial execution
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization while developing talent and capabilities

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage
• 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership within FMCG or a comparable consumer-focused environment
• Proven track record in brand building, portfolio growth, market-share expansion, innovation, and commercial/P&L impact
• Strong experience across consumer, shopper, trade, digital, data & analytics, innovation, e-commerce, and integrated marketing
