Mid Contracting Co. is looking for an experienced Civil Section Head Engineer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality projects on time and within budget, we'd like to hear from you.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead and supervise the civil engineering section, including site engineers, foremen, and technical staff
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil works from mobilization through handover
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements
• Monitor progress, quality, cost, and schedule, and report to project management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines
• Manage materials, resources, and subcontractor performance on site

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active membership in the Jordan Engineers Association
• 12+ years of experience in construction/contracting, including proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience in hospital and hotel projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with Primavera/MS Project is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
