We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer / Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include: project coordination on-site and in the office; scheduling and budgeting; technical oversight of designs and documents; client/contractor/consultant/internal team liaison; and regular progress reporting with risk flags. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3-8 years in civil construction, roads and infrastructure / project coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (MS Project or Primavera). Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.

• Manage daily on-site and office operations, keeping projects aligned with goals and timelines.
• Track project progress, draft work schedules, and monitor resource allocation and costs.
• Review designs, blueprints, and technical documents, ensuring compliance with client standards, building codes and safety regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare regular progress reports and flag potential project risks or delays to upper management.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-8 years of proven experience in civil construction, roads and infrastructure / project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (MS Project or Primavera)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
