Phaza is looking for a Business Development Manager – AI Platforms & Enterprise Solutions to drive high-value enterprise and public-sector sales across Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the United States. Location: Amman, Jordan. Shape the intelligence layer for the future.

• Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads.
• Understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored Phaza solutions.
• Build and manage a strong, measurable sales pipeline.
• Drive Phaza’s digital presence based on real market demand.
• Engage C-level executives, enterprise leaders, and public-sector decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales cycles from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing.
• Develop practical go-to-market strategies for new markets.
• Build strategic partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.

المتطلبات

• 5+ years of experience in AI, software, cloud, or enterprise technology sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Experience selling sophisticated solutions to enterprise and/or public-sector clients.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to penetrate new markets and build a qualified pipeline from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
