The role involves identifying and analyzing business requirements, conducting detailed business analysis, and outlining business problems, opportunities, and potential solutions. Responsibilities: - Requirements gathering through client meetings and RFP (Request for Proposal) analysis or through internal meetings and brainstorming. - Documenting and analysing client requirements with stakeholders, client, or internally with the team. - Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. - Preparing the functional specifications document using textual and visual modelling tools. - Assist clients in defining scope and vision for the requested solution. - Assist in preparing proposals in response to clients RFP. - Present proposed solutions through different presentation tools like PowerPoint and prototypes internally and externally. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business information system or CIS or Computer Science. - 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Analyst. - Good knowledge of UML diagrams. - Good knowledge of SDLC. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office. - Excellent command of English. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - XD/Figma Prototyping is a plus. - Previous experience in Business Analysis is a plus. - CBAP is a plus.
