مطلوب محلل أعمال للعمل عن بعد في الأردن بنظام دوام كامل للمساهمة في تحويل الأفكار إلى حلول أعمال واضحة والعمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف. تتطلب خبرة متوسطة، مع Mid Level (3+ years as a Business Analyst)، Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field، Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create detailed wireframes and process flows to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process flows.
• Manage and refine product backlogs using Azure DevOps.
• Document and manage knowledge using Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, QA and UX/UI designers.
• Review and validate UI/UX designs in Figma.
• Support sprint planning, UAT, and Agile delivery.
• Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs.

المتطلبات

• Mid Level (3+ years as a Business Analyst)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid knowledge in wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Arabic speakers are highly encouraged to apply
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams
• BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA)
