We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Mechanical Modular to join our engineering team. Main Responsibilities: · Develop and manage 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting. · Prepare coordinated mechanical shop drawings and installation drawings. · Develop modular mechanical solutions and prefabrication layouts. · Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines. · Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues. · Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and BOQs. · Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM requirements. Qualifications and Competencies: ·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. ·Experience in BIM mechanical design and coordination. ·Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. ·Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. ·Experience in modular construction and prefabrication is an advantage. ·Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
