We’re Hiring: Automation Engineer - (Electrical / Mechatronics). Full-time; site work and travel may be required. The role involves programming industrial control systems and supervising the installation and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment projects. Lead full-scope projects, including procurement, design, installation, commissioning and handover.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical and automation systems for water and wastewater treatment plants
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications
• Review water-treatment P&IDs and translate process requirements into control sequences, interlocks, alarms, and protections for pumps, tanks, filters, dosing systems, and RO units
• Prepare control philosophies and operating sequences
• Conduct loop checks, instrument testing, and functional testing
• Perform FAT at factory and SAT and commissioning at project sites
• Support system start-up, operator training, and final handover

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of industrial automation experience, including site and commissioning experience
• Strong working knowledge of Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal is required
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication networks
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
• Experience with water or wastewater treatment plants, RO systems, or pumping stations is a strong advantage
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required
• Experience in Programming
