المهام والمسؤوليات

• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve strong performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support the team in handling customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with stock receiving, restocking, transfers, and inventory control.
• Follow up on staff attendance, schedules, daily tasks, and performance.
• Support daily reporting and POS/Shopify operations.
• Ensure Petit Bateau's brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines are maintained.

المتطلبات

• Previous experience in retail; supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred
• Strong communication, and customer service skills
• Good understanding of retail sales and store operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of KPIs and the ability to monitor and follow up on performance against targets
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems; Shopify knowledge is an advantage
• Good reporting and basic data analysis skills
• Good command of Arabic and English
• Ability to work according to mall operating hours, including weekends and holidays
