Architects / Interior Designer Principles Design If you have an eye for detail, a passion for functional aesthetics, and the ability to turn interior concepts into buildable, inspiring spaces, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: •Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning,and detailed presentation packages. •Produce full interior construction packages, including joinery details, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and wall finishes. •Select, specify, and coordinate FF&E (furniture, fixtures,and equipment), materials, and sanitary fittings. •Coordinate seamlessly with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure clash-free execution. • Support site execution through material approvals, mockup reviews, and resolving on-site design inquiries. We're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. - 3-5 years of hands-on interior detailing and design experience (fit-out site exposure is a plus). - High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D rendering tools (e.g, Lumion, or 3ds Max). - Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery/millwork detailing, lighting, and finishes. - Excellent command of English, with strong communication and client presentation skills.
