WE’RE HIRING ARCHITECTS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS! Rula Sunna Engineering Office is expanding its design team in Amman. We are hiring for the following positions: 1️⃣ ARCHITECT | 4–5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE We are seeking an experienced Architect with a strong background in architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate can develop design concepts and take projects from design development through to detailed construction documentation. Requirements: * Strong architectural design skills across exterior and interior spaces. * Ability to develop design concepts, explore options, and present proposals clearly. * Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with good working knowledge of SketchUp. * Experience preparing design development drawings, construction documents, schedules, and architectural details. * Ability to produce 3D visualizations and professional design presentations. * Working knowledge of JEA procedures, Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) regulations, and Civil Defense requirements. * Experience coordinating architectural work with structural and MEP disciplines. * Ability to resolve design and technical issues, manage drawing revisions, and meet project deadlines. 2️⃣ JUNIOR ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER | 1–3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE We are seeking a Junior Architect or Interior Designer with a strong foundation in design and technical documentation. The ideal candidate can contribute to design concepts, develop drawings and presentations, and work confidently in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp while continuing to build their skills within a collaborative team. Requirements: * Experience in concept development, space planning, and design presentations. * Ability to explore design options and prepare accurate plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and detailed drawings. * Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is required. * Experience with materials, finishes, furniture, and fixture selections. 3️⃣ SITE ENGINEER (Civil / Architectural) | 7–8 years of experience An experienced site engineer to oversee finishing works on high-end projects and coordinate site execution across engineering disciplines. Requirements: * Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. * 7–8 years of experience with a consulting or contracting company. * Strong experience supervising finishing works and maintaining quality standards on site. * Ability to review drawings, identify discrepancies, and coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP trades. * Experience following up on site progress, resolving execution issues, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office , Revit is plus.
