المهام والمسؤوليات

• Design and build custom AI agents (e.g., lead research, customer qualification, administrative routing, or voice/chat agents).
• Integrate LLMs with external tools, CRMs, and communication channels using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Implement strong guardrails, deterministic logic, and error handling to prevent hallucinations and edge-case failures.
• Optimize agent performance, latency, and API execution costs.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• Automation Platforms: Strong expertise in n8n, Make.com, or Flowise.
• APIs & LLMs: Direct experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and custom webhooks.
• Voice/Telephony : Hands-on experience with Vapi, Retell AI, or Twilio for voice-capable agents.
• Frameworks : LangGraph, CrewAI, or Python-based agentic frameworks.
• Data & Databases: Basic understanding of JSON structures, REST APIs, and vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant).
