We are seeking a professional and organized Administrative Officer / Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and filing.
• Maintain records, documents, and office supplies.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
• Liaise with employees, clients, and external parties professionally.
• Ensure the office operates efficiently and maintain proper documentation.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken, is preferred.
• Must reside in West Amman. Preferred age range: 30–40 years.
