Detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Officer to manage the firm’s day-to-day financial operations and support accurate, timely financial reporting.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and collections
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management financial reports
• Process monthly payroll and monitor cash flow
• Manage electronic payments and fund transfers
• Coordinate with external accountants on audits and tax matters
• Track financial aspects of legal projects and client matters
• Ensure compliance with Jordan’s National E-Invoicing System

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent command of English
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
