We're Hiring | Accountant Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and multitasking abilities. - High level of organization, reliability, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities: - Review purchase requests and verify approvals before invoice processing. - Verify, audit, record, and process purchase invoices, ensuring all required approvals and signatures are in place. - Audit and record checks in the relevant systems. - Coordinate with suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues. - Participate in monthly inventory counts and prepare financial reports for the direct manager. - Follow food and public safety policies and perform other related duties as assigned.
