المهام والمسؤوليات

• Own assigned AP, AR, cash, or GL cycle activities from transaction capture to reconciliation and close support.
• Prepare journal vouchers for prepaids, accruals, reclassifications, and clearing accounts.
• Perform bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations, resolving aged items efficiently.
• Maintain AP/AR aging trackers, statements of account, and month-end supporting schedules.
• Prepare payment packs and coordinate required documentation with internal stakeholders.
• Support VAT/tax schedules, stock-take reconciliations, and audit deliverables in line with IFRS and local regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and HR to ensure complete transaction flow.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting operations experience
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, structured schedules)
• ERP (SAP) software proficiency
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure
