المهام والمسؤوليات

• Review and process supplier invoices and payment requests, ensuring proper authorization and accurate coding.
• Match supplier invoices with approved Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Prepare month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, purchases, warranty, and returns.
• Reconcile supplier statements with accounts payable records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding orders, accounts payable, and post-dated cheques.
• Prepare cheques and bank transfers as required.
• Conduct physical stocktaking across showrooms, cash vans, and main stores, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve variances.
• Prepare internal inventory transfer vouchers between company warehouses.
• Prepare monthly withholding tax calculations and other statutory deductions related to supplier payments.
• Support month-end closing and ensure financial and inventory records are accurate and complete.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of accounts payable and inventory accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
