BSM House is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Zarqa. You’ll be the main point of contact between our clients and internal team, making sure projects move smoothly from brief to execution and delivery.

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client goals and translate them into clear briefs.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, videographers, and media buyers.
• Follow up on content plans, campaigns, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports and communicate performance updates to clients.
• Handle client feedback and ensure projects are delivered on time.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or a marketing agency.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Good understanding of social media, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
