Hiring for an experienced VIP Support Lead (Arabic Speaker) to lead a VIP IT support function in UAE.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience with strong people leadership
• Proven VIP / Executive IT Support experience
• Strong ITSM, SLA, QA & service reporting experience
• Technical knowledge across Wintel, Microsoft 365, Teams, Networking & Storage
• ITIL Foundation required; Microsoft certification is a plus
• Government or education sector experience is an advantage
