We're hiring a Business Analyst (Arabic), two positions. UAE based · Contract · Full time You are in the room with the people who do the work. You interview, observe and write, and you turn what you hear into accurate Arabic procedures that the owners recognise as their own. What you'll do: • Run interviews and process walk-throughs with staff and process owners • Draft procedure cards, SOPs and RACI matrices in professional Arabic • Record steps, actors, systems, documents, timings and waiting times • Draft and read BPMN process maps with the process lead • Manage comments and corrections for your assigned units until sign-off What you need: • 5+ years in business analysis or procedure documentation • Interviews and SOP writing in Arabic • Able to read and draft BPMN process maps • Native-standard written Arabic and good working English What will set you apart: • UAE government sector experience • Visio, Bizagi or a similar modelling tool • Media, licensing or regulatory knowledge To apply, send your CV to hr@acquaintech.com with "Business Analyst Arabic" in the subject.
