Required Technical Manager - Location Dubai, UAE CVs shall be shared to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] Preference to candidates who has prior experience with contracting companies. The Technical Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all technical, engineering, design coordination, construction documentation, authority approvals, and technical support activities for the project. The role requires close coordination with the Client, Consultant, Design Consultants, Subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure that the project is executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, contractual requirements, applicable codes and standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall technical function of the project. Review and coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and specialist engineering requirements. Ensure all technical submissions, drawings, calculations, method statements, material submissions, and other engineering documents are prepared, reviewed, and submitted on time. Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Design Consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all technical matters .Review design drawings and specifications and identify discrepancies, omissions, clashes, and constructability issues. Lead technical coordination and design development meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Manage the RFI (Request for Information) process and ensure technical queries are properly tracked and closed. Coordinate shop drawings, builders work drawings, coordinated services drawings, and as-built documentation. Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and authority requirements. Review and provide technical recommendations on proposed materials, systems, and alternative design solutions. Monitor design changes and assess their technical and construction implications. Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders for technical approvals, NOCs, inspections, and other statutory requirements. Ensure timely closure of consultant comments and technical observations. Provide technical guidance and support to project engineers, coordinators, and construction teams. Review technical problems arising during construction and provide practical and cost-effective engineering solutions. Ensure proper control and distribution of approved drawings and technical documents. Monitor technical deliverables against the approved project programme and highlight potential delays or risks. Participate in progress, coordination, design, and technical review meetings. Assist the Project Director/Project Manager in evaluating technical risks and developing mitigation measures.
