Position: Technical Manager Project Focus: Roads | Infrastructure | Utilities | Underpasses 🔹 Key Responsibilities 1- Lead and manage all technical aspects of road, infrastructure, utilities, and underpass projects. 2- Review and oversee engineering designs, shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and specifications. 3- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and project teams. 4- Provide technical solutions for complex road, utility, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and underpass works. 5- Ensure compliance with approved designs, project specifications, authority requirements, and relevant UAE standards. 6- Monitor technical progress and ensure timely submission and approval of drawings and technical documents. 7- Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges. 8- Review NOCs, authority requirements, utility diversions, interfaces, and infrastructure coordination. 9- Support project teams in achieving quality, cost, and programme objectives. 10- Lead and mentor the technical/engineering team. 🔹 Requirements 1- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 2- 15+ years of relevant experience in major infrastructure projects. 3- Strong experience in Roads, Utilities, Underpasses, Drainage and Infrastructure works. 4- Previous experience with major UAE/GCC infrastructure projects is highly preferred. 5- Strong knowledge of technical coordination, construction methodologies, authority requirements, and project specifications. 6- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
