مطلوب مهندس ميكانيك تقني للعمل في دبي بخبرة في مشاريع الأبراج السكنية العالية للقيام بأعمال التصاميم الفنية والحسابات الهندسية لخدمات المباني. تتطلب خبرة متقدمة، مع Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering، 8–10 years of experience in a Technical role with a contractor، Proven project experience in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, specifically on high-rise buildings (20+ floors). للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare and review MEP mechanical shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and approved design intent
• Ensure design and drawing compliance with local authority standards (DEWA, DCD, DM, DDA) and international codes (NFPA, BS, CIBSE, etc.)

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 8–10 years of experience in a Technical role with a contractor
• Proven project experience in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, specifically on high-rise buildings (20+ floors)
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical building services engineering calculations (pump head, ESP, duct/pipe sizing, louver sizing, grille selection)
• Minimum 6 years of dedicated experience in Shop Drawing Preparation
• Candidates with only MEP Fit-out contractor experience will not be considered
