المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding
• Source and recruit white-collar professionals, including engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, commercial staff, HSE professionals and other technical personnel
• Develop and manage effective talent-attraction channels for recruitment across all levels of the company
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, universities and professional networks
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate technical interviews with department heads
• Prepare job descriptions, offer letters and recruitment reports
• Maintain an updated candidate database
• Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, notice periods and joining formalities
