Looking for a strategic TA leader to drive hiring strategy, manage and develop the recruitment team, partner with business leaders, and own hands-on hiring delivery and recruitment targets.

المتطلبات

• Nearly 10 years of comprehensive experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in AI engineering.
• Experience with generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Semantic Kernel and AutoGen.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
