𝗦𝘂𝗯: Systems Analyst – SRE – [Your Location] – [NP] 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ✔️ 8–10 years of experience overall and 6 years relevant in 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗦𝗥𝗘 or Infrastructure Operations ✔️ Experience supporting mission-critical 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀, preferably Payment Hub ✔️ Knowledge of UAE payment systems such as 𝗨𝗔𝗘𝗙𝗧𝗦, 𝗔𝗮𝗻𝗶, 𝗜𝗣𝗜, 𝗜𝗖𝗖𝗦, 𝗦𝗪𝗜𝗙𝗧, 𝗕𝗨𝗡𝗔 and 𝗔𝗙𝗔𝗤 ✔️ Strong hands-on experience in 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, troubleshooting, service restoration and Root Cause Analysis ✔️ Good knowledge of 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅/𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘅, Windows Server, 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗕/𝗦𝗤𝗟, Java applications and APIs ✔️ Experience with 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗟𝗼𝗴 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 and 𝗔𝗣𝗠 tools such as Dynatrace ✔️ Strong understanding of 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆, resilience testing and 24x7 operations ✔️ Experience with infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation, EOS/EOL upgrades and audit/risk remediation ✔️ Knowledge of 𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟮𝟮 and banking payment standards ✔️ Exposure to Shell Scripting, operational automation, ITIL and Chaos Engineering is an advantage ✔️ Ability to work in a 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝟮𝟰𝘅𝟳 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 environment

المتطلبات

• 8–10 years of experience overall and 6 years relevant in Production Support, Application Support, SRE or Infrastructure Operations
• Experience supporting mission-critical Banking / Payment platforms, preferably Payment Hub
• Knowledge of UAE payment systems such as UAEFTS, Aaani, IPI, ICCS, SWIFT, BUNA and AFAQ
• Strong hands-on experience in Incident Management, troubleshooting, service restoration and Root Cause Analysis
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows Server, Oracle DB/SQL, Java applications and APIs
• Experience with Monitoring, Log Analysis and APM tools such as Dynatrace
• Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, resilience testing and 24x7 operations
• Experience with infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation, EOS/EOL upgrades and audit/risk remediation
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 and banking payment standards
• Exposure to Shell Scripting, operational automation, ITIL and Chaos Engineering is an advantage
• Ability to work in a shift-based, 24x7 production support environment
