SURVEY TECHNICAL ENGINEER Location: UAE Full-Time Qualifications: • Filipino Nationality • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering • PRC Licensed Holder – preferred • Surveying or technical office experience is an advantage • Good knowledge of surveying principles and technical documentation • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and related software • Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills Key Responsibilities: • Review and respond to client inquiries and RFQs • Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on received inquiries • Prepare quotations and technical documents as per scope of work • Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements • Process and verify survey data and prepare technical reports/documents • Review survey drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D • Coordinate with Surveyors, Engineers, clients, and other departments • Maintain records of inquiries, proposals, quotations, and project documents • Ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals and technical documents Preferred Skills: • Technical Proposal Preparation • RFQ/Inquiry Review • Survey Data Processing • AutoCAD / Civil 3D • MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint • Technical Report Writing • Good knowledge of surveying principle and engineering practices Interested candidates may send their updated CV with the subject “Application – Survey Technical Engineer” at jtrapane@aces-int.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
