Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, clients, consultants, and utility providers to obtain necessary permits, NOCs, and approvals for smooth project execution.

• Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, clients, and relevant stakeholders
• Manage NOC applications, construction permits, excavation approvals, traffic diversions, and utility clearances
• Liaise with DMT, ADM, Abu Dhabi Mobility (ITC), CICPA, ADDC, ADSSC, ADNOC, Civil Defence, EAD, AD Ports, e& (Etisalat), du, and other relevant authorities
• Coordinate CICPA security passes, site access permits, and approvals for restricted construction areas
• Follow up on authority submissions and resolve approval-related issues to prevent project delays
• Coordinate utility diversions, roadworks, infrastructure interfaces, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain approval trackers, stakeholder records, and regular progress reports
• Attend coordination meetings and ensure timely communication with all concerned parties

المتطلبات

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in stakeholder coordination within the construction or infrastructure industry
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi government authority procedures, NOCs, permits, and regulatory approvals
• Previous experience coordinating with CICPA, DMT, ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, and other utility authorities
• Experience in roads, bridges, marine, and infrastructure projects is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
