We are Hiring – Stakeholder China Harbour Engineering Company LLC (CHEC) Location: Abu Dhabi, Experience: 5–8 Years (UAE Experience Required) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities, clients, consultants, and utility providers to obtain necessary permits, NOCs, and approvals for smooth project execution. Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, clients, and relevant stakeholders. Manage NOC applications, construction permits, excavation approvals, traffic diversions, and utility clearances. Liaise with DMT, ADM, Abu Dhabi Mobility (ITC), CICPA, ADDC, ADSSC, ADNOC, Civil Defence, EAD, AD Ports, eamp; (Etisalat), du, and other relevant authorities. Coordinate CICPA security passes, site access permits, and approvals for restricted construction areas. Follow up on authority submissions and resolve approval-related issues to prevent project delays. Coordinate utility diversions, roadworks, infrastructure interfaces, and regulatory compliance requirements. Maintain approval trackers, stakeholder records, and regular progress reports.Attend coordination meetings and ensure timely communication with all concerned parties. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in stakeholder coordination within the construction or infrastructure industry. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi government authority procedures, NOCs, permits, and regulatory approvals.Previous experience coordinating with CICPA, DMT, ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, and other utility authorities. Experience in roads, bridges, marine, and infrastructure projects is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Valid UAE driving license preferred.
