Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Engineer to join our team and manage stakeholder engagement, authority coordination, and approval processes for design and construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, Architecture or Civil Engineering, or any related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in stakeholder management, authority liaison, or approvals within UAE design consultancy or construction industry, preferably with consultancy firms.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi authority processes, design codes, and approvals workflows.
• Proven experience leading stakeholder or authority teams on multidisciplinary building projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to guide design and technical team through design stages.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
