The Soft Services Manager will manage the day-to-day soft services operations based on a system of coordination, steering and supervision administered in order to achieve an irreproachable quality of service. Define and deliver budget, meet established targets, objectives and employee engagement in a motivating work environment. This includes but is not limited to managing all internal and external cleaning, landscaping (indoor & outdoor), waste management, pest control, logistical services and related SLA third-party contracts.
