• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting installations.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other disciplines.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues and support inspections.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
