المهام والمسؤوليات

• Oversee on-site architectural works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and design issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups before execution.
• Provide design clarifications and propose practical solutions to unforeseen site conditions.
• Ensure all architectural finishes meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• professional accreditation is a plus
• 10+ years of experience as a Site Architect
• preferably on large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority approval processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
