A leading staffing organization is looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, supervise shift personnel, maintain operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at an oil and gas processing facility.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Supervise daily plant operations and ensure processing activities run safely, efficiently, and according to production targets.
• Monitor plant equipment, process parameters, operating conditions, and production performance throughout the shift.
• Lead and coordinate shift operators and technicians, ensuring clear communication and effective task allocation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, operating procedures, permit-to-work systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment failures, troubleshoot operational issues, and minimize downtime.
• Monitor production quality, process deviations, and equipment performance, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Conduct shift handovers, maintain operational logs, and prepare accurate production, safety, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with control room personnel, maintenance teams, and plant management to support continuous operations and process improvement.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the HSE field
• NEBOSH IGC (Level 3) or above
• ISO 45001 Awareness Training Certificate or above
