-8+ years experience in automotive aftersales, including 3+ years as Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager -Multi brand experience with European and luxury vehicles required -Dealer or large independent workshop background preferred -Manage the day-to-day workshop operation across mechanical, body shop, car care, deliver productivity, quality, revenue and customer satisfaction -Working knowledge of EV/hybrid systems would be preferred with Strong DMS, CRM and KPI reporting skills -Degree in automotive or mechanical engineering -Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage -UAE driving license required -Currently in the UAE
