We are looking for an experienced Senior Transportation Specialist to join our team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate heavy vehicle drivers and daily transportation operations. Plan and monitor vehicle movements, routes, schedules, and driver assignments. Ensure drivers follow UAE/GCC road safety, company policies, and transportation regulations. Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, and operational efficiency. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely transportation. Supervise drivers and address attendance, performance, and operational issues. Maintain accurate records of drivers, vehicles, trips, fuel, and transportation activities. Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, and registration requirements.Handle transportation-related emergencies, breakdowns, and operational challenges. Prepare regular transportation reports and provide updates to management.Promote safe driving practices and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. 🔹 Requirements: Proven experience in handling heavy vehicle drivers and transportation operations in the GCC.Strong knowledge of GCC transportation and fleet operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills.Hindi and English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills will be an advantage.S trong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
