China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to join our project team in Dubai. This role is well suited to a civil/structural engineer with strong Middle East contracting experience, ideally within airport infrastructure projects. 📋 Key Responsibilities:  ✅ Review, check, and interpret IFC drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, specifications, and design documents; coordinate civil works with MEP. ✅ Prepare technical submittals and method statements, issue technical queries to consultants, and liaise with the consultant to resolve design-related issues. ✅ Provide on-site technical support for civil works including excavation, concrete, reinforcement, backfilling, and structural works; troubleshoot site issues and propose alternative construction solutions. ✅ Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. ✅ Prepare technical documentation such as technical justifications and formal letters.   🎯 Requirements:        · Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related design discipline.        · Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design and construction in the Middle East; airport structure project experience preferred.        · Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong communication and coordination skills, including experience liaising with consultants (DAR experience preferred).        · Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM coordination skills highly desirable.        · Middle East main contractor experience required.  📍 Location: Dubai South, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time  Interested?
