• Support the development and implementation of organizational strategies, initiatives, and performance frameworks.

المتطلبات

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, quality, policy, transformation, or organizational development
• Proven experience within UAE government/government-related entities
• Previous experience with a leading management/strategy consulting firm is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the UAE and Abu Dhabi government ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, Public Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to work with senior leadership and manage sensitive, high-impact initiatives
