We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Retail - Gemstones A leading precious stones and commodities organization is looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive gemstone retail sales, develop customer relationships, and expand business opportunities across the UAE market. Location: Dubai, UAE Role: Senior Sales Retail - Gemstones Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Drive retail sales of gemstones by identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products. ✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, collectors, retailers, and other potential customers. ✔️ Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client meetings, and market engagement. ✔️ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gemstones, including quality, grading, pricing, authenticity, and market value. ✔️ Present gemstone collections and provide expert guidance to customers to support purchasing decisions. ✔️ Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while achieving assigned sales targets and profitability objectives. ✔️ Monitor gemstone market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. ✔️ Maintain accurate sales records, manage customer follow-ups, and ensure an excellent retail customer experience. 📩 Apply Now: https://lnkd.in/dgs93wR2
