Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out, Events & Exhibitions, Construction, or Joinery?

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit technical, managerial, operational, and skilled labor positions.
• Coordinate bulk hiring and overseas recruitment campaigns.
• Build relationships with manpower suppliers and international recruitment agencies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1–2 years in Interior Fit-Out, Events & Exhibitions, Construction, or Joinery.
• Proven experience recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
• Experience in bulk recruitment, overseas hiring, and manpower supplier management.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
