We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. - Full-time - Immediately joining Responsibilities: - Allocate projects and responsibilities to Quantity Surveyors and Junior QS staff - Review the quality and accuracy of QS deliverables - Provide technical and commercial guidance to the team - Conduct regular commercial review meetings - Train and develop junior Quantity Surveyors - Establish standard procedures, templates and reporting systems - Ensure deadlines for valuations, variations, claims and final accounts are achieved - Monthly commercial reports - Project cost reports - Cost-to-complete forecasts - Cash-flow forecasts - Variation registers - Claims registers - Payment application records - Subcontractor payment records - Procurement cost comparisons - Risk and opportunity registers - Final account reports - Commercial dashboards - Management reports - Review and recommend commercial rates - Recommend subcontractor and supplier commercial terms - Approve QS calculations within delegated authority - Recommend variation and claim values - Escalate significant commercial risks to high management - Recommend cost-saving measures - Participate in contract and commercial negotiations - Review and recommend project budgets and forecasts Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field - Professional qualifications such as RICS is an advantage - Strong knowledge of construction and landscape commercial practices - Good knowledge of construction contracts and commercial administration Experience: - Minimum 8–12 years of relevant Quantity Surveying/Commercial experience - Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior QS position - Experience in landscape, infrastructure, external works or construction projects is strongly preferred - UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable - Experience in large-scale landscape projects, villas, hotels, commercial developments, parks or infrastructure projects is an advantage Relevant candidates share your CV with recruitment@phoenician-uae.com

المتطلبات
