المتطلبات

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction/contracting
• Strong contracting and commercial management background
• Engineering Degree is mandatory
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts & Contract Administration
• Excellent understanding of Payment Applications, Interim Payments & Final Accounts
• Strong experience in Variations, Claims, EOT and contractual matters
• Good knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-Offs, Measurements & Valuations
• Experience in Subcontractor Management, Payments & Final Settlements
• Good understanding of Cost Control, Budgeting and Commercial Reporting
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to identify and manage commercial risks and contractual entitlements
