A UAE based company looking for senior project managers with technical knowledge and good experience in managing software implementation projects for banks, payments, loyalty or travel platforms. Someone with a good personality to manage different levels of stakeholders professionally. The job can be done remotely. Required skills: • 8+ years in delivery or project management, 5+ in banking, payment, loyalty, or travel technology • Proven track record taking enterprise platform implementations live for banks • Able to translate business requirements into technical terms for engineers, and technical constraints into business terms for the client • Can challenge and validate (and potentially build) solutions with the tech team, not just pass messages between sides • Confident leading client meetings and workshops, keeps discussions focused, drives decisions, and handles pushback professionally • Owns scope, plan, risks and change control end to end • Clear, structured written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders • Strong technical understanding: APIs, SSO, payment gateways, integrations, data migration, cloud and on-prem environments • Comfortable in a fast-growing company, improving processes while delivering • Fluent in English language CVs to be sent to vrp-hiring@proton.me
