We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai. Location: JLT, Dubai. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of UAE experience is mandatory. Developer background only. Candidates from consultancy and contracting backgrounds will not be considered. Proven experience in high-rise G+30+ residential and commercial towers is mandatory. Strong understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC, is essential. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Aconex is required. Strong high-rise project experience with full project life-cycle management exposure. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary, Medical Insurance, Family Annual Air Ticket.
