Senior Project Manager to join a leading real estate developer in Dubai.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience.
• Developer background only; candidates from consultancy and contracting backgrounds will not be considered.
• Proven experience in high-rise G+30+ residential and commercial towers.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, including FIDIC.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Aconex.
• Strong high-rise project experience with full project life-cycle management exposure.
