📢 We’re Hiring: Senior Production Engineer – Heavy Steel Fabrication 📍 Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE 🏭 Department: Production / Fabrication 🧰 Experience: 6+ years We’re looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to oversee workshop fabrication and production for industrial projects. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience with heavy steel structures, pressure vessels, process skids, and/or storage tanks. Key responsibilities • Plan and monitor fabrication work, job plans, production schedules, and workshop capacity. • Interpret fabrication and isometric drawings, project specifications, and material requirements. • Oversee welding activities, including TIG, MIG, SMAW, and SAW. • Ensure work meets applicable ASME, API, AWS, project quality, and HSE requirements. • Lead and coordinate a workshop team of 50+ workmen. • Track production progress, productivity, resources, and project schedules; resolve production issues. • Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Estimation, and Procurement. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. • 5–6+ years of relevant production or fabrication experience. • Strong knowledge of heavy fabrication, material grades, welding processes, and fabrication drawings. • Proven ability to manage workshop teams of 50+ personnel. • UAE or GCC workshop experience is preferred. 📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم]
