• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience
• Mandatory experience in new construction building projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong experience in progress monitoring, reporting, and project coordination
• Experience in Delay Analysis and EOT Claims
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• ALDAR Approval is an added advantage
