المهام والمسؤوليات

• Process and review lending applications for banking and non-banking customers.
• Verify and validate documentation against product policies and checklists.
• Perform checker-level validation across manual and digital workflows.
• Ensure applications are processed within defined turnaround times.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking policies, processes, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational trackers and management reports.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal banking departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report potential fraudulent activities.
• Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and safeguarding of customer information.

المتطلبات

• 1–2 years of experience within the banking sector is required
• Experience in Banking Operations, Lending Operations, Loan Processing, Consumer Banking Operations, or Banking Product Processing is highly preferred
• Good understanding of banking processes, documentation, and operational procedures
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Proactive, diligent, and self-motivated
• Strong coordination and internal stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive customer information
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural banking environment
• High School / Secondary School Certificate or Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of banking and financial rules and practices is preferred
