وظيفة مدير مشاريع أول في دبي الإمارات بقطاع إدارة العقارات تشمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن تسليم المشاريع وتنسيق التصميم وإدارة المقاولين والميزانيات. تتطلب خبرة متقدمة، مع Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline، 10+ years of overall experience in construction/project management، Solid exposure to both civil construction and interior/fit-out projects. للتقديم يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني المذكور.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• 10+ years of overall experience in construction/project management
• Solid exposure to both civil construction and interior/fit-out projects
• At least 2 years of direct Property Management experience is essential
• UAE experience with high-rise residential and commercial developments is mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Familiarity with Aconex and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims and contract administration
• In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, technical standards and UAE regulations
